As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients after installation. Your job is to make sure they enjoy the full benefits of their solar system — from system monitoring to net metering — and that every interaction leaves them more satisfied than before.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat related to after-sales support.
- Guide customers through system monitoring, net metering, and warranty processes.
- Troubleshoot basic system concerns and escalate technical issues when needed.
- Proactively follow up with clients to check on satisfaction and performance.
- Record and track customer concerns, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Collect feedback and share insights with the Customer Success Team Lead.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of customer service, technical support, or account management experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, customer-friendly language.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in follow-ups.
- Experience in solar/renewable energy is a plus, but not required (training provided).
