We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Fresh graduates or candidates with or without experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
  • Handle office communications, including answering phone calls and emails
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing calendars
  • Support the preparation of office documents and presentations
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external clients for follow-ups
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • College level or graduate (any field)
  • With or without related experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Preferably residing in or near Makati City

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
