岗位职责 / Responsibilities
- 负责公司重点产品的市场策略制定与 GTM(Go-To-Market)计划落地,确保产品成功上线及推广。
Develop market strategies and execute GTM (Go-To-Market) plans for key company products, ensuring successful launch and promotion.
- 制定并执行产品营销方案,协调市场、运营、BD、设计等多部门推进项目落地。
Formulate and implement product marketing plans, coordinating cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, BD, and design to ensure on-time delivery.
- 整理和优化产品上线相关资料,包括用户指南、宣传物料、FAQ 等。
Prepare and optimize product launch materials, including user guides, promotional assets, and FAQs.
- 分析市场趋势和竞争格局,制定差异化定位和推广策略。
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to develop differentiated positioning and promotion strategies.
- 监控并分析产品营销效果,提出优化方案,持续提升产品影响力与用户转化。
Monitor and analyze product marketing performance, proposing optimization plans to continuously enhance product impact and user conversion.
任职要求 / Requirements
- 本科及以上学历,市场营销、经济、金融、管理等相关专业优先。
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Management, or related fields.
- 3 年及以上加密货币、金融科技或互联网行业产品营销经验,具备完整 GTM 项目经验。
Minimum 3 years’ product marketing experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, or internet industries, with full GTM project experience.
- 熟悉加密货币市场及交易所产品形态,对行业动态敏感。
Familiarity with the cryptocurrency market and exchange products, with strong market awareness.
- 具备优秀的项目管理能力与跨部门协作能力。
Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate across departments.
- 英语流利,具备多语言能力者优先。
Fluent in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
