Basic Trouble Shooting
- Provide first-line technical support to end users regarding hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and resolve problems in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
- Document all support interactions accurately in the ticketing system.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and upgrades on IT systems.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years (Fresh Graduate)
- Skills and Competencies: Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
- Responsibilities and Duties: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Working Conditions: May require occasional on-call support or after-hours work
