Basic Trouble Shooting
  • Provide first-line technical support to end users regarding hardware and software issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve problems in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
  • Document all support interactions accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and upgrades on IT systems.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years (Fresh Graduate)
  • Skills and Competencies: Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Working Conditions: May require occasional on-call support or after-hours work
