Business Intelligence Senior Specialist (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform complex logistics data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that support strategic initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Design and publish interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective data solutions.
• Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Document processes, data flows, and dashboard logic for transparency and reproducibility.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in logistics data to support continuous improvement.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to QA and validate own work prior to deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Dataiku for data preparation and machine learning workflows.
• Familiarity with Snowflake as a cloud data platform.
• Exposure to PowerApps for building low-code business applications.
• Understanding of logistics or supply chain operations is a plus.
