Compliance Officer

主要职责

• 调研各国/地区虚拟资产相关法律法规及牌照要求，跟踪监管动态。
• 负责牌照申请流程，包括材料准备、协调律师及监管机构、跟进审批。
• 维护现有牌照的更新、年审及定期合规报告提交，确保持续满足监管要求。
• 为业务团队提供合规建议，确保运营活动符合法规要求。
• 协助制定和优化公司内部合规政策、流程与 SOP。

任职要求

• 本科及以上学历，法律、金融等相关专业优先。
• 2–3 年以上金融或虚拟资产行业合规经验，有牌照申请经验者优先。
• 需要有交易所申请牌照的经验
• 具备较强的法规研究能力、项目管理能力及英文沟通能力。
• 责任心强、抗压能力好，注重细节，对 Crypto 行业有兴趣。

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on virtual asset regulations and licensing requirements across key jurisdictions.
• Manage end-to-end licensing applications, including documentation, coordination with internal teams, external lawyers, and regulators.
• Maintain existing licenses, including renewals, annual filings, and required compliance reports.
• Provide compliance guidance to business teams to ensure daily operations meet regulatory standards.
• Support the development and optimization of internal compliance policies, procedures, and SOPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Law, Finance, or related fields preferred.
• 2–3 years of compliance experience in the financial or virtual asset industry; licensing experience is a plus.
• Must have worked for a crypto exchange, have experience applying for licenses.
• Strong research and project management skills; able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work with multinational teams and regulators.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, capable of working under pressure, and genuinely interested in the Crypto industry.
