Legal Manager

岗位职责

• 负责公司司法、仲裁及法律事务的整体管理，确保业务合规、风险可控。
• 与各地司法机构、仲裁机构及合作律所沟通对接，建立并维护法律资源网络。
• 主导或参与仲裁案件处理，包括合同争议、业务纠纷及其他交易所相关法律事项。
• 为业务团队提供法律意见，支持交易所运营、风控、合规与战略决策。
• 关注和跟踪全球司法及仲裁趋势，为公司提供预警与应对策略。

任职要求

• 本科及以上学历，法学相关专业优先。
• 3–5 年交易所或互联网金融法律工作经验。
• 具备仲裁相关经验，熟悉仲裁流程及裁决执行。
• 有与司法机构对接经验，拥有律所资源或合作渠道者优先。
• 熟悉区块链与数字资产行业法律法规，理解交易所业务逻辑。
• 具备良好的沟通能力、跨部门协作能力及解决复杂问题的能力。

Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s judicial, arbitration, and legal affairs to ensure compliance and effective risk control.
• Liaise with judicial authorities, arbitration bodies, and external law firms, establishing and maintaining a professional legal network.
• Lead or participate in arbitration matters, including contract disputes, business conflicts, and other exchange-related legal cases.
• Provide legal advice to support exchange operations, risk management, compliance efforts, and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor global judicial and arbitration trends, offering early warnings and strategic responses to the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Law.
• 3–5 years of legal experience in a crypto exchange or fintech environment.
• Experience in arbitration, with solid knowledge of arbitration procedures and enforcement.
• Proven ability to communicate with judicial authorities and established connections with law firms across jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of blockchain and digital asset regulations, with familiarity in exchange operations.
• Strong communication skills, cross-functional collaboration ability, and problem-solving capability.
• English proficiency sufficient for daily work, including drafting legal documents and handling external communications independently.
