Project Supervisor

Job Description

Sales:

• Conduct inspection and audit for new and existing clients for the preparation of proposals.
• Prepare quotations for KES Cleaning and Bio-Augmentation projects for new and existing projects.

Operation:

• Coordinate with admin and warehouse departments regarding the status and release of insurance and contracts for projects.
• Coordinate with admin and warehouse departments for preparation and delivery of supplies and equipment to project locations.
• Manage project teams by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicate job expectations; monitor and appraise performance; recommend compensation actions; and adhere to policies and procedures in coordination with HR.
• Hire and train internal team members and external labor as needed.
• Ensure projects stay on time and within budget by tracking monthly supplies, daily labor logs, schedules, and expenses.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by enforcing standards, procedures, and legal regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular visits to gather feedback and address concerns.
• Perform regular audits and supervision of projects to ensure safety and quality of services.
• Conduct regular KES and Bio-Augmentation orientations for client retail partners.

Billing and Collection:

• Prepare executive summary reports by encoding daily KES Cleaning and Bio-Augmentation projects.
• Submit weekly service reports to the billing department for the preparation of sales invoices at the end of the month.
• Ensure on-time release of all KES Cleaning and Bio-Augmentation executive summary reports to the billing department every 1st day of the month.
• Follow up with new and existing clients regarding collection dates for all handled projects during the first week of the month after billing is received.

Job Specification:

• Proven experience as a supervisor or in a relevant role
• Familiarity with KES Cleaning and Bio-Augmentation programs (HVAC, Aircon tech with troubleshooting knowledge)
• Ability to learn a variety of job responsibilities
• Effective communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Mechanical Engineering graduate, licensed or non-licensed
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
