Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (PH Time)

We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator to lead our online presence and guide a dynamic team of creatives. If you’re passionate about content, strategy, and teamwork—this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage the social media team to ensure effective collaboration and timely content delivery
• Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across multiple platforms
• Create, schedule, and analyze content aligned with brand goals and audience interests
• Ensure quality, consistency, and creativity across all social media output
• Monitor trends, analytics, and performance to optimize campaigns and increase engagement

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of proven experience managing social media platforms (team management experience is a plus)
• Strong eye for design; Canva experience is required, Photoshop is a bonus
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop fresh and engaging content ideas
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Organized, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines
• Team player with a strong problem-solving mindset
• Must have a reliable computer and stable internet connection
