Marketing Data Analyst

Role Objective:
Provide accurate, timely, and standardized marketing and sales data outputs to support brand and commercial decision-making. This role focuses on data extraction, validation, and recurring reporting, enabling internal teams to focus on interpretation and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Pull recurring and ad-hoc reports from syndicated and internal data platforms including:
- SPINS
- IRI
- Numerator
- SIGMA
- Internal sales and promotional tracking tools
o Maintain standardized reporting templates for:
- Monthly sales performance
- Promotional activity
- Distribution, velocity, and pricing metrics
o Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with established definitions and metrics.
o Prepare clean datasets and summary tables for use in presentations and analysis.
o Flag data anomalies, missing information, or inconsistencies for review.
o Support brand, sales, and finance teams with timely data delivery.
o Maintain organized documentation of reporting processes and data sources.
o Adhere to confidentiality and data security requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence support roles.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas).
- Experience working with syndicated data platforms preferred.
- High attention to detail and strong quality control mindset.
- Ability to follow standardized processes and timelines.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Experience supporting U.S.-based teams across time zones preferred.

- Daily / weekly / monthly standardized reports
- Ad-hoc data pulls within agreed SLA
- Clean, validated datasets ready for interpretation
- Documentation of processes and recurring workflows
