Responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet an organization's staffing needs. They work closely with hiring managers to identify talent requirements and manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Psychology
- Experienced in a manpower set up is an advantage but not required (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.)
- Good communication, Interpersonal skill and detail oriented
- Willing to be assigned in Binondo, Manila
