Hiring: DevOps / SRE Engineer

Location: Singapore/Malaysia

Work Arrangement: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Competitive & Negotiable Based on Experience

We are looking for a DevOps / SRE Engineer with strong infrastructure and system operations capabilities to manage and maintain global blockchain nodes. Candidates with blockchain experience are preferred, while strong DevOps/SRE professionals with excellent learning ability are also welcome.

Job Responsibilities

  • Automate the deployment, monitoring, and management of global blockchain nodes.
  • Handle blockchain upgrades, governance proposals, and 24/7 incident response.
  • Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems using Prometheus, Grafana, and related tools.
  • Implement infrastructure automation using Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes (K8s), and other DevOps tools.
  • Work closely with development teams on testnet and mainnet upgrades, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure, node, network, and system-related issues.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, System Administration, or Infrastructure Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux systems and networking.
  • Proficient in at least one of Python, Go, or Shell scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes (K8s), or similar automation and infrastructure tools.
  • Experience with public blockchain infrastructure or node operations is highly preferred, including node deployment, testnet validation, or mainnet maintenance.
  • Candidates with limited blockchain experience but strong technical fundamentals and excellent learning ability are also welcome.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and incident-handling skills.
  • Passionate about blockchain, distributed systems, Web3, and infrastructure technology.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) with good communication and collaboration skills.

任职要求

  1. 3年以上 DevOps / SRE / 系统运维 / 基础设施相关工作经验。
  2. 精通 Linux 系统及网络技术。
  3. 熟练掌握 Python、Go 或 Shell 至少一种编程/脚本语言。
  4. 熟悉 Ansible、Terraform、Kubernetes (K8s) 等自动化及基础设施工具。
  5. 有 公链基础设施 / 区块链节点运维经验者优先，包括节点部署、测试网验证、主网维护等。
  6. 区块链经验较少但技术基础扎实、学习能力强者也可考虑。
  7. 具备优秀的问题分析、故障排查及应急处理能力。
  8. 对 区块链、分布式系统、Web3 及基础设施技术有浓厚兴趣。
  9. 中英文流利，具备良好的沟通及团队协作能力。
