YZi Labs is a Web3-focused venture and technology ecosystem supporting innovative blockchain projects, founders, and communities. We are expanding our team and are looking for a proactive Community Manager to help build, manage, and grow our global community.

Role Overview

As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining an active, engaged, and high-quality community around YZi Labs and its ecosystem.

You will work closely with the marketing, business development, and project teams to communicate with community members, organize initiatives, monitor community sentiment, and support the growth of the ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow YZi Labs' online communities across Telegram, Discord, X, and other relevant platforms.
• Engage with community members and respond to questions, feedback, and requests.
• Build strong relationships with users, founders, developers, KOLs, and ecosystem participants.
• Create and manage community engagement activities, campaigns, AMAs, online events, and discussions.
• Monitor community sentiment, trends, and emerging topics within the Web3 ecosystem.
• Identify opportunities to increase community engagement, retention, and organic growth.
• Coordinate with marketing and content teams on announcements, campaigns, and educational materials.
• Moderate discussions and maintain a professional, welcoming, and constructive community environment.
• Collect community feedback and communicate key insights to internal teams.
• Monitor potential issues, misinformation, spam, scams, and suspicious activity within community channels.
• Support the launch and growth of new products, initiatives, and ecosystem projects.
• Track community metrics and prepare regular reports on engagement and growth.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in community management, social media, marketing, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain, crypto, and decentralized ecosystems.
• Experience managing communities on Telegram, Discord, X, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote and fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of online community culture and engagement strategies.
• Proactive approach and ability to respond quickly to community needs.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Web3, DeFi, GameFi, NFTs, DAOs, or blockchain infrastructure projects.
• Existing network within crypto/Web3 communities.
• Experience working with KOLs, influencers, or ecosystem partners.
• Experience organizing AMAs, Twitter Spaces, community calls, or offline/online events.
• Experience with community analytics and growth tools.
• Additional language skills, especially Chinese or other major Web3 community languages.
