CFO Agent is an autonomous on-chain treasury OS that holds funds and executes payment rules 24/7 on Arbitrum and Robinhood Chain without human intervention.

Business owners describe their payment needs in plain English. Our AI Copilot parses the intent and generates a structured payment rule. A keeper bot scans the RuleRegistry smart contract every 8.5 seconds and executes matching rules automatically payroll disbursements, treasury sweeps, conditional transfers all on-chain, all verifiable.

The Problem: DAOs, crypto startups, and remote teams manually execute recurring payments every week. This costs time, introduces human error, causes missed payments, and requires someone to always be available. Cross-border crypto payroll alone is a $50B+ market with no autonomous solution.

What We Built:

RuleRegistry.sol — stores and manages payment rules on-chain
CFOAgent.sol — holds treasury funds and enforces spend caps
AgentFactory.sol — deploys a personal agent per wallet
ExecutionSequencer.sol — priority queue for rule execution

Deployed on both Arbitrum Sepolia and Robinhood Chain testnet. SIWE authentication, AI rule generation, multi-sig governance, oracle price feeds, real-time keeper telemetry, and daily spend cap enforcement are all live.

Week 1: Designed and deployed 4 smart contracts on Arbitrum Sepolia. Built AgentFactory with per-wallet agent deployment. Implemented RuleRegistry and ExecutionSequencer with priority queue logic. Week 2: Deployed all contracts on Robinhood Chain. Built full React frontend with wallet auth (MetaMask + SIWE), AI rule parser using large language model API, keeper bot simulation, treasury analytics, multi-sig dashboard, and gas efficiency meter. Week 3: Built premium landing page, integrated real on-chain data fetching, fixed multi-chain switching, added spend cap enforcement, emergency kill switch, oracle price feed simulator, and professional UI polish. Deployed to Vercel.
