Care is a social platform that connects caregivers with care seekers for elderly care. Families can find trusted caregivers, while caregivers get flexible, part-time jobs. The service costs ₹99 per hour, where caregivers earn ₹89, and the platform retains ₹10. To ensure safety, we provide a smart security band to elderly users. This band has an SOS button that, when pressed, instantly notifies their family, our support team, and local police in case of an emergency. With verified profiles, secure payments, and easy booking, Care offers a simple, reliable, and safe solution for elderly care.

本次黑客松进展

Care is an elderly care platform connecting care seekers with verified caregivers for part-time assistance. We have developed a login/signup system with email verification, a post modal on the navbar, a follow/unfollow system with lists, a like/unlike system with lists, and a comment section with a modal. Additionally, we implemented a search system based on pincode for better accessibility. A real-time chat system and transaction system are in progress. We are also integrating a security band with an SOS button to alert families, local police, and our team in emergencies. Our focus remains on refining features for a seamless user experience.
