DeceX is a decentralized social media platform inspired by the ethos of freedom, anonymity, and user empowerment. Unlike traditional platforms that collect user data, enforce content moderation through opaque algorithms, or restrict visibility and monetization, DeceX flips the model by putting ownership and privacy back into the hands of users.

Key Features:

🔐 Anonymity-First: Users don’t need to reveal any identity. No email, no phone—just a decentralized account.
📦 Blockchain-Powered Content: Every post, reply, or interaction is stored immutably on-chain, creating a tamper-proof record.
🛡️ No Central Moderation: There are no central authorities deciding what content is visible or removed. All content is community-governed and censorship-resistant.
💬 End-to-End Encrypted Messaging: Private and secure messaging that lives up to decentralization standards.
📚 EduChain Integration (Upcoming): As part of our roadmap, DeceX is being migrated from Avalanche to EduChain Mainnet, enabling students and educators to connect freely, express ideas, and share content within the academic blockchain ecosystem.
🎓 Edu-Specific Features (Planned): Verified educator badges, student DAO clubs, decentralized study groups, peer learning micro-communities, NFT-based certificates and forum posts.

本次黑客松进展

We have completed the full development of DeceX, including all core features—anonymous account creation, on-chain posting, encrypted messaging, and user interaction logic. The only remaining task is the integration of our deployed smart contracts on EduChain with the existing DeceX platform frontend. Once completed, the platform will be fully functional on EduChain.

融资状态

We are currently bootstrapped and have not raised any external funding yet. However: -> We plan to raise a pre-seed round following this hackathon to support the full migration to EduChain and onboard our first batch of users from the education ecosystem. -> Revenue plans include: 1. Premium subscription for power users (NFT verification, boosted reach, exclusive features) 2. Advertiser module for Web3-native educational tools 3. EduDAO partnerships for community grants -> We're also exploring grants from EduChain ecosystem funds, and are open to strategic partnerships with universities or education-focused blockchain orgs.
