The Decentralized Freelance Marketplace is a blockchain-powered platform that connects clients and freelancers in a trustless environment. It leverages smart contracts on Ethereum to facilitate job postings, escrow payments, and dispute resolution without intermediaries.
Clients post jobs with escrowed ETH, and freelancers can accept, complete, and submit work. Once approved, payments are released automatically. If a dispute arises, an arbitrator decides whether to refund the client or pay the freelancer. To enhance trust, freelancers earn soulbound reputation NFTs (ERC721), which track their job success history.
The platform features a React-based frontend integrated with Web3.js, allowing seamless interaction with smart contracts. Security, transparency, and decentralization make this an innovative solution for the freelance economy.
