IndoProperty is a compliant real-world asset (RWA) tokenization platform focused on Indonesian real estate. Built on the ERC-3643 (T-REX) security token standard, it enables fractional property ownership with on-chain KYC, transfer restrictions, and investor classification. IndoProperty bridges traditional property assets with DeFi infrastructure, allowing regulated yield distribution, transparent ownership, and seamless integration with Web3 ecosystems such as Mantle Network.

During the hackathon, we designed and implemented IndoProperty, an ERC-3643 compliant RWA protocol for Indonesian real estate. We deployed the core smart contracts including Identity/KYC Registry, Compliance Module, and Security Token on testnet. We defined property metadata for the Transpark Juanda Bekasi asset, implemented transfer restrictions based on KYC level and investment limits, and tested compliant token transfers using Remix. We also prepared a basic deployment flow and documentation aligned with Indonesian regulatory requirements.
融资状态
IndoProperty is currently not raising external capital and is being developed as a hackathon-stage proof of concept. The project is focused on product validation, technical implementation, and regulatory-aligned design. Future fundraising, grants, or strategic partnerships may be explored after the hackathon based on traction, regulatory readiness, and ecosystem interest.
