InvestHub converts any creative work—films, music, digital art—into a registered IP asset on Story Protocol and tokenizes it into 10,000 fractional ERC-20 units.

2. AI-Generated Licensing & Policy Automation

Gemini LLM creates both human-readable licenses and machine-readable JSON policies, enabling automated remix rules, usage rights, and royalty logic compatible with Story’s IP graph.

3. Smart-Contract Investment Engine

Investors buy fractions through a deterministic on-chain allocation contract, ensuring transparent ownership distribution and real-time portfolio updates without centralized control.

4. Fully Decentralized Indexing Layer on IPFS

All asset metadata, user indexes, investment records, and remix lineage is stored on Pinata/IPFS, replacing traditional databases with verifiable, tamper-proof decentralized state.

5. Programmable Royalty & Remix Ecosystem

A RemixLinker contract establishes parent–child relationships between assets, enabling automatic upstream royalty routing and unlocking a scalable creative IP economy.

During the hackathon, we built the entire end-to-end pipeline of InvestHub: Full asset creation flow: upload → IPFS pinning → metadata generation AI licensing engine using Gemini to produce human + JSON machine-readable licenses On-chain token factory on Story Aeneid that deploys a new ERC-20 for each IP asset Deterministic investment contract handling fractional allocation in real-time Decentralized indexing layer on Pinata/IPFS replacing the need for a traditional database Remix lineage system linking derivative works on-chain with royalty enforcement rules Frontend integration with React + Wagmi for wallet-based authentication and live investment updates Real-time event listener pipeline syncing blockchain state into the UI Production-ready user journey: creators tokenize IP, investors participate, ownership updates instantly This progress showcases not just a prototype, but a working decentralized IP marketplace aligned deeply with Story Protocol’s vision.
