Juniper Lane is a launchpad for tokenized bonds. Users browse a catalog of 20,000 to 40,000 liquid global bonds with live indicative quotes. Any bond is one bonding event from existing onchain. Users commit stablecoins into escrow against a disclosed threshold. When it fills ("graduation"), we acquire the bond as agent, custody it in a bankruptcy-remote per-product compartment, file Final Terms against a pre-approved passported base prospectus, and issue accreting tracker note tokens pro rata within one to two business days. Every mint seeds a permanently locked AMM pool, so secondary trading exists from day one and unwinds on its own at redemption. Holders can redeem at NAV at any time. A "landpad" runs the mechanic in reverse to aggregate sells.
