InfraFund is building the premier on-chain operating system for Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization, specifically targeting the multi-trillion-dollar green infrastructure market. We bridge the physical and digital worlds by transforming illiquid assets, like solar farms and wind turbines, into liquid, composable, and accessible digital securities.

Our core innovation is an AI-driven Digital Twin that acts as a decentralized oracle, providing verifiable, real-time performance data directly on-chain. This provides radical transparency, de-risks investment, and allows the value of the tokenized asset to be dynamically tied to its real-world performance.

By fractionalizing ownership and creating secondary market liquidity, we unlock global capital pools to accelerate the NetZero transition. As we scale, we are committed to progressive decentralization, evolving into a DAO where the community of stakeholders governs the platform and shares in its success, establishing a new primitive for the Regenerative Finance (ReFi) ecosystem.

During this hackathon, our primary goal was to build and demonstrate a functional, end-to-end prototype of our core value proposition: linking a real-world asset's performance directly to its on-chain tokenized value. Technical Achievements Chainlink Oracle Integration: We successfully integrated a Chainlink oracle to pull mock, real-time energy generation data from an off-chain API. This data now dynamically updates the metadata of an asset-backed token on a testnet, providing a live proof-of-concept for our AI-Digital Twin's core mechanism. Platform V2 Progress: We finalized the front-end UI for our project investment dashboard, creating a seamless user journey. Our smart contract developer also completed the initial version of the tokenization contract, ready for auditing. Business & Product Achievements Live Prototype: We developed a live, clickable prototype of our platform's complete user journey, from project discovery to investment, which we can now use for investor and customer demonstrations. Pitch Deck & Financials Refined: We updated our pitch deck and financial model to reflect our new £1m Seed round strategy, incorporating feedback from recent investor discussions and our strategic advisors. This progress provides us with a powerful live demo for our investor conversations and brings us significantly closer to launching our first pilot project.

We are currently raising our £1,000,000 Seed round at a £12m valuation cap. To date, we have secured £30,700 in investment commitments and non-dilutive grants from sources including the soonami.io accelerator and Innovate UK. Additionally, we have been awarded over $200,000 in non-dilutive, in-kind support through the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub and the Autodesk Technology Impact Award, which covers our major operational and development costs.
