Nexa (Next Generation Assets)
NEXA is a decentralized financing platform on the Arbitrum ecosystem that uses a tokenized Revenue-Based Financing (RBF) model. It connects Web3 investors, who collectively hold over $4 trillion in crypto capital, with boring businesses that have predictable revenue streams, such as laundromats, ATM machines, and vending machines. The platform's core focus is on transforming these everyday operations into Real-World Assets (RWAs), creating a new and transparent asset class. This ensures transparency and automation through smart contracts that track and distribute revenue shares.

NEXA
NEXA is a decentralized financing platform on the Arbitrum ecosystem with the tagline, "Everyday Businesses, Extraordinary Returns".
The Problem
On one side, Web3 investors have over $4 trillion in crypto capital and are seeking stable, predictable yield. They face high volatility, have limited access to uncorrelated assets, and lack transparent access to real-world returns. On the other side, small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) globally face a multi-billion dollar funding gap. They are often limited by slow, restrictive bank loans, are forced into equity dilution, and have limited access to flexible capital for growth.
The Solution
NEXA solves this dual problem by transforming these "boring" businesses into tokenized Real-World Assets (RWAs). The platform uses a tokenized Revenue-Based Financing (RBF) model to connect these two worlds. This offers investors stable, transparent, and automated yield from tangible business operations. For operators, it provides fast, flexible, non-dilutive capital to expand their proven business models.
Our Niche
NEXA strategically targets businesses with highly predictable revenue streams and automated operations to minimize operational risk and maximize data verifiability. Mostly include laundry services, vending machines, and ATMs. These businesses offer high profit margins (20-35% for laundromats) and provide verifiable data through IoT sensors and networked machines.
How It Works
The process involves four key steps:
1. Operator Application & Vetting: An operator, such as a laundromat owner, applies to list their business on the NEXA marketplace for funding. The NEXA team then verifies the business.
2.On-Chain Tokenization: A unique investment pool is created, with terms defined based on verifiable data.
3. Investors Funding: Investors browse the NEXA marketplace for "boring" businesses and filter them by yield. An investor, like John, invests USDC on the Arbitrum Chain and receives equivalent tokens.
4. Automated Revenue Share: Once the funding pool is 100% full, the operator receives the funds. The yield is then transferred directly to the investors' smart contracts, making the entire process completely transparent.
Why Arbitrum?
The project is built on Arbitrum for its key features:
low transaction costs (90-95% lower than Ethereum),
high scalability with a capacity of 40,000+ TPS, and
its inherited Eth-Grade Security, which builds trust for RWA tokenization.
Market Opportunity
NEXA is positioned to capitalize on the growing RWA tokenization market, which surpassed $25 billion in Q2 2025 and is projected to reach $50 billion by the end of 2025. The project's unique edge lies in its targeted niche of automated-revenue businesses, its unique non-dilutive RBF model, and the on-chain transparency that is central to its operations.

本次黑客松进展
During this buildathon, we started with a blank slate and built the entire NEXA project from the ground up. Our team accomplished the following: Initial Concept & Problem Definition: We began by identifying a significant problem—the disconnect between the $4 trillion+ in Web3 capital and the multi-billion dollar funding gap faced by small businesses. We then developed the core concept of NEXA to solve this. The Business Model: We designed a unique Revenue-Based Financing (RBF) model that focuses specifically on boring businesses with predictable cash flows, such as laundromats, ATMs, and vending machines. This strategic focus is what allows us to generate high-yield, tokenized Real-World Assets (RWAs). Platform Design: We created a comprehensive, end-to-end user flow for both investors and operators. This included mapping out the entire process from an operator applying for funding to an investor receiving automated, on-chain revenue shares.
