Project Intro VibeMentor is an AI-powered incubator that helps indie developers and entrepreneurs build successful startups. It uniquely integrates ERC-7715 Advanced Permissions to enable AI agents to autonomously reward users with on-chain tokens for completing milestones, creating a seamless "Learn-to-Earn" experience.
Project Description VibeMentor bridges the gap between AI guidance and Web3 incentives. The platform provides a suite of AI personas (Product Manager, Growth Hacker, VC Analyst) that guide users through the startup journey—from idea validation and MVP planning to market analysis.
What sets VibeMentor apart is its integration of the MetaMask SDK and the new ERC-7715 Advanced Permissions standard. By leveraging these technologies, VibeMentor creates a friction-free incentive system. Users grant a one-time "budgeted permission" to their AI Mentor. Subsequently, whenever a user completes a task or achieves a milestone, the AI agent can automatically execute a token transfer reward on the blockchain within the approved limit. This eliminates the need for users to manually sign every single reward transaction, allowing for a smooth, gamified experience where effort is instantly gratifying on-chain.

During the MetaMask Hackathon, we focused on building the core "AI-Native Web3" infrastructure. Implemented ERC-7715 Advanced Permissions: We successfully integrated the wallet_grantPermissions method functionality. This allows users to authorize their AI Mentor to spend a specific daily allowance of VIBE tokens on their behalf. Developed AI-Triggered Smart Account Logic: We built the backend service where the AI agent verifies task completion and utilizes the granted permissions to execute on-chain transactions autonomously using the user's smart account. Deployed VIBE Token Contract: We deployed the ERC-20 VIBE Token on the testnet to serve as the ecosystem's currency. Seamless User Interface: We created a React-based dashboard that visualizes not just the startup progress, but also the status of the granted permissions and the remaining daily token allowance, providing full transparency to the user. We believe this demonstrates a practical and creative use case for Advanced Permissions, empowering AI agents to act as trusted economic participants in a user's journey.
