- Content Creation and Strategy Development
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the online casino brand, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Create engaging, creative, and shareable content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Write and design posts, infographics, and videos to promote new games, promotions, or events.
- Maintain a consistent voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms that aligns with the brand's identity.
- Community Management and Engagement
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and comments on all social media platforms, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Monitor discussions on social platforms and foster positive interactions with the online community.
- Engage with followers by initiating conversations, polls, contests, and challenges to build brand loyalty and grow the community.
- Social Media Advertising and Campaigns
- Plan and implement paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to drive traffic, sign-ups, and engagement.
- Monitor, optimize, and report on the performance of paid campaigns.
- Create targeted promotions and ads for new users, VIP players, or seasonal campaigns.
- Analytics and Reporting
- Track and analyze social media metrics (e.g., engagement rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) to assess the performance of posts and campaigns.
- Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for strategy improvement.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social to monitor and evaluate campaign performance.
- Brand Monitoring and Trend Analysis
- Keep up with industry trends, competitors, and the latest social media developments to ensure the brand stays relevant.
- Track trends in the online gaming and casino industry, and apply them to content creation and marketing strategies.
- Conduct research on audience interests, behavior, and demographics to tailor content.
- Collaborations and Influencer Partnerships
- Develop partnerships with influencers, affiliates, and brand ambassadors to enhance brand awareness.
- Manage influencer relationships and collaborate on creating co-branded content and promotions.
- Monitor and report on influencer campaigns' success and ROI.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure all social media content and campaigns adhere to legal and regulatory guidelines in the online gambling and casino industry.
- Stay updated on changes to advertising rules and policies in various regions or countries, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Event Promotion
- Promote live events, tournaments, and exclusive bonuses or offers on social media channels.
- Create excitement and anticipation for new game launches, VIP events, or special giveaways.
- Collaboration with Other Teams
- Work closely with marketing, design, and customer service teams to align social media strategies with broader marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure high-quality, on-brand content.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in the online gaming or entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to create compelling and engaging content.
