  • Hybrid work set up in one of our offices within Metro Manila
  • Work schedule is 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
  • We're looking for a dynamic Growth Sales Representative to join our team and cover the Philippines market.
  • This role is perfect for someone who wants to be the CEO of their own territory, managing accounts with 51-500 employees.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently on a quarterly basis
  • Own and drive sales strategy and execution for the Philippines territory
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while prospecting for new opportunities
  • Forecast and control the shape of the pipeline with a high degree of accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success
  • Work closely with partners and distributors to scale the business at speed
  • This is a hybrid position, requiring 1-2 days per week in our Makati office with ad-hoc in person meetings at Partner offices in the Metro.
  • The ideal candidate will be comfortable balancing remote work with in-person meetings and office time.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the Philippine market
  • Strong business acumen, ability to think strategically and operate autonomously 
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • 5+ years selling complex technology solutions, SaaS, UCaaS, etc
  • Fluent English, Tagalog and/or Visaya
