In this role, you’ll:
- Maintain a consistent, aligned, and emotionally resonant presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
- Use platform-specific tactics like hook-first Reels, trending audio, and behind-the-scenes content to boost organic reach
- Write and publish captions that feel like Steve wrote them himself—calm, powerful, sometimes vulnerable
- Build and nurture genuine audience engagement (not spammy engagement loops)
- Turn raw content into compelling short-form stories and visuals across platforms
- Regularly review social media analytics to guide content strategy and improve engagement
- Manage the day-to-day publishing and rhythm of content in sync with the show’s heartbeat
- Bonus: Light inbox/calendar support and coordination with creatives and crew
- This isn’t just about posting content—it’s about honouring and amplifying a creative vision.
- Schedule and publish 3–5 daily posts across all major platforms (Reels, carousels, stills, Shorts)
- Write captions and hashtags that mirror the tone of The Seventh Seat
- Adapt content to suit each platform’s best practices and style
- Monitor DMs, comments, and audience signals—respond in brand voice
- Flag notable feedback, trends, or content opportunities
- Upload and cross-promote new episodes or teaser content
- Ensure content receives final approval before going live
- Support calendar/inbox management and team coordination (approx. 10–20% of role)
- Set up and maintain digital folders or cloud systems (e.g. Google Drive) to keep documentation organized and accessible
- Manage and maintain a shared calendar to help coordinate schedules and deadlines
- You don’t need every box ticked, but you’ll likely have:
- 1–2+ years of hands-on social media management (not just strategy—real execution)
- Strong English writing skills with nuance and emotional tone
- A feel for aesthetics, rhythm, and storytelling
- Experience with tools like Wix, Canva, Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite
- A proactive approach—you take initiative and keep things moving without constant direction
- An intuitive sense for tone, timing, and creative alignment
