Job Title: Business Development Supervisor (Luzon Area – Pantum Printers)

Job Summary:
The Business Development Supervisor is responsible for managing and supporting Account Specialists in the Luzon region, with a primary focus on driving business growth for Pantum laser printers. This role includes identifying and developing new end-user projects—including government accounts—facilitating the transfer of closed deals to designated Account Specialists and their respective dealers for execution, and ensuring alignment between dealer capabilities and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Supervision & Coordination:
• Supervise and support Account Specialists within the Luzon area to achieve sales targets and business development goals.
• Provide strategic guidance and day-to-day oversight to ensure team productivity and account performance.
• Conduct regular meetings and reporting to track team progress and project pipelines.
Project and End-User Development:
• Identify, engage, and develop new end-user opportunities, especially for Pantum laser printers in corporate and government sectors.
• Initiate, pitch, and secure new projects directly with end users or through public bidding, pre-qualifications, or proposals.
• Ensure all acquired projects are properly documented and transitioned to the relevant Account Specialist and dealer once closed.
Dealer & Account Transition Management:
• Manage the structured handover of closed projects to the assigned Account Specialist and their dealer partner.
• Ensure dealers are aligned with Pantum’s service standards and the customer’s technical or delivery requirements.
• Serve as the escalation point for any transition issues between projects, account specialists, and dealers.
Strategic Sales Support:
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities in Luzon to identify potential growth areas.
• Work closely with the General Manager / Sales and Distribution Head in planning and executing area-specific campaigns or product launches.
• Monitor government procurement platforms (e.g., PhilGEPS) for potential leads and coordinate bidding efforts where applicable.
Reporting & Compliance:
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all project development, transitions, and team performance metrics.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, pricing structures, and compliance guidelines, particularly in public sector engagements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or team supervision—preferably in IT or office equipment.
• Experience handling government projects or procurement is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Pantum printers or similar product lines is preferred.
• Willing to travel across Luzon as needed.
