About the Role
The Spanish CX Specialist is responsible for delivering timely, professional, and high-quality customer support to clients across Spanish-speaking markets. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach in a BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate billing, product information, and troubleshooting support
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Maintain accurate documentation, case notes, and interaction records in internal systems
- Adhere to established service standards, quality guidelines, and compliance requirements
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate support teams when necessary
- Contribute to team performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
Qualifications & Requirements
- Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written)
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- BPO or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work onsite in Quezon City
- Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as required
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Professional, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude
