Growth Marketer
THE ROLE:
We are looking for a relentless Growth Marketer to build and execute our Go-To-Market engine. You will not be writing blog posts for SEO. You will be building high-velocity acquisition channels that target medical practices precisely when they feel the most pain: when they are hiring.
Your mission is to position our "Digital Employees" as the superior alternative to human hiring, driving leads through direct mail, programmatic outbound, and paid acquisition.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. The "Job Board" Acquisition Engine
• Build and manage a system to identify clinics actively hiring on Indeed, LinkedIn, and ZipRecruiter.
• Automate outreach campaigns (email/LinkedIn) to these hiring managers, positioning Hyprtask as an immediate "candidate" solution.
2. Direct Response Campaigns (The "Receipt")
• Execute our high-impact Direct Mail strategy (postcards) targeting practice owners.
• Manage the "Netflix-style" email lifecycle sequence that nurtures leads from "Curiosity" to "Deployment" over 3 months.
3. Paid Acquisition & Conversion
• Manage Google Ads (Search) targeting high-intent keywords like "Medical Biller for hire" (intercepting staffing searches).
• Run "Disruption" ads on LinkedIn/Facebook using our "Office That Never Sleeps" creative strategy.
• Optimize Landing Pages (CRO) to ensure the "Select a Role" widget converts traffic into demos.
4. Narrative & Positioning
• Own the "Digital Employee" voice. Ensure all copy avoids technical jargon (no "RPA," "API," or "Integration") and strictly uses staffing language ("Onboarding," "Training," "Salary").
• Create sales collateral (Digital Resumes, Case Studies) that supports the Sales team.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 3+ Years in B2B Growth Marketing: Preferably in Healthcare, SaaS, or Recruiting/Staffing tech.
• Scrappy "Hacker" Mindset: Experience with scraping tools (e.g., Apollo, Clay, Phantombuster) and cold email infrastructure (Instantly, SmartLead).
• Copywriting Chops: You can write a subject line that gets a 40% open rate. You understand "Direct Response" principles.
• Data-Driven: You live in the metrics (CAC, LTV, Conversion Rate). You know that a pretty ad is useless if it doesn't convert.
• Tech Stack: Familiarity with HubSpot/Salesforce, Google Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Other Responsibilities
• Data Mining & List Building:
• Extract and clean data from the US NPI Registry to find owners of PT and Acupuncture clinics. (Managed by Bots)
• Enrich these lists using tools like Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or Python scripts to find contact details and matched cookies.
• Geofencing & Programmatic Ads:
• Manage campaigns on DSPs (e.g., StackAdapt, The Trade Desk, or Basis).
• Execute Addressable Geofencing campaigns targeting specific clinic addresses and industry conferences (e.g., APTA CSM).
• Advanced Retargeting:
• Build complex retargeting funnels (e.g., users who visited our pricing page → served a specific case study video → retargeted on LinkedIn).
• Implement and troubleshoot Pixel tracking and Conversion APIs (CAPI).
• Analytics:
• Move beyond "Clicks" and "Impressions." Track "Cost Per Booked Demo" and "Pipeline Generated."
• Monitor ad fraud and optimize "match rates" between our offline data and online inventory.
• Prior experience targeting US Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) or SMB Owners is highly preferred.
• Understanding of US Data Compliance (HIPAA compliance in marketing is a plus, though we target B2B).
Communication:
• Native-level English proficiency (Written and Spoken). You will be communicating directly with the US founder.
