🧠 Introduction & Problem Statement

In the rapidly evolving world of decentralized finance (DeFi), managing cross-chain assets, optimizing yield, and minimizing gas fees has become increasingly complex for both novice and experienced users. Manually switching between protocols, networks, and dApps is not only time-consuming but also exposes users to unnecessary risk and inefficiency.

Despite the emergence of MetaMask Cards, there has been no unified automation layer tailored to it — until now.

💡 What We Built

MetaMask Card AutoFlow is a fully-functional Web3-based DeFi automation dashboard built with Next.js, Web3.js, and smart contract integrations. It acts as a non-custodial automation platform that empowers MetaMask Card users to:

Everything runs on-chain with audited smart contracts and requires explicit wallet permission before execution — ensuring security, transparency, and user sovereignty.

During the hackathon, we successfully designed and developed MetaMask Card AutoFlow, a complete DeFi automation platform tailored for MetaMask Card users. We built a fully functional dashboard using Next.js and integrated it with Web3.js to enable real-time portfolio tracking, cross-chain USDC balance monitoring, and smart automation tools. Key features like **auto-bridging**, **yield optimization**, and a **custom rules engine** were implemented to allow users to set and manage DeFi strategies across Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, and Linea. Our smart contracts ensure non-custodial, secure automation, and we focused on creating a smooth UX with a live performance overview, making DeFi effortless and intelligent.

Currently, MetaMask Card AutoFlow is in the post-MVP phase with a fully functional prototype, and we are actively exploring fundraising opportunities to scale development, enhance security audits, and onboard early adopters. We aim to raise a pre-seed round to support smart contract optimization, multi-chain expansion, and community growth initiatives. Our monetization strategy includes premium automation modules, API access for DeFi platforms, and partnerships with MetaMask ecosystem partners. With a strong product-market fit in the DeFi automation space and growing traction, we’re looking for investors who believe in making DeFi simpler, smarter, and safer for all.
