Week 1: Ideation & Setup ✅ Finalized the core idea: AI-powered decentralized hackathon platform. 🔧 Chose Pharos Network for deployment (privacy + high TPS). 📄 Defined feature scope: DAO-based creation, escrow rewards, AI judging, NFT credentials. 🔗 Created initial smart contract architecture (HackathonFactory, Hackathon, Submission). 🧠 Trained/collected AI model datasets for evaluating GitHub projects (stars, forks, commits, tech tags). 📁 Set up GitHub repo & project board with task assignments. 💬 Participated in team meetings, finalized UI/UX wireframes using Figma. 🔵 Week 2: Smart Contracts & Frontend MVP 🛠️ Developed and deployed: createHackathon(), registerUser(), submitProject() contracts voteOnSubmission() (deducts tokens), releaseRewards() 🔐 Integrated wallet authentication (Pharos wallet or Metamask bridge). 🌐 Built frontend using Next.js + TailwindCSS: Home, Hackathon list, Submission page. Voting mechanism UI with loading states. ⚖️ Connected contract functions to frontend via Web3 hooks (ethers/pharos SDK). 🧠 First version of AI bot integrated: submission analysis using GitHub API. 📦 IPFS integration for storing project artifacts (images, PDFs, Git repos). 🔵 Week 3: AI, DAO & Escrow Flow 🤖 Finalized AI judging engine: Score based on innovation, activity, dependencies, and README quality. 🗳️ Built DAO voting for new hackathons using governance contracts. 💰 Tested escrow payouts: Verified funds held until end of judging. SEO meta tags and deploy to Vercel / IPFS. 🗃️ Published GitHub with MIT license + feature roadmap.
