With PayChain, employers can seamlessly deposit funds into the system, set up employees by specifying wallet addresses and salaries, and trigger payments automatically or manually. Employees have access to a self-service dashboard to track payment history and withdraw their earnings. The system is built for Web3-native teams, DAOs, and remote workforces, offering programmable, efficient, and decentralized payroll infrastructure.
