About the Opportunity

A fast-growing fintech project is building a stablecoin-based payment and collection system to empower businesses to access global, near-instant, compliant cross-border transactions.

The platform integrates stablecoins (like USDT, USDC), fiat accounts, blockchain infrastructure, and external compliance services. The MVP is live in beta and moving towards scaled commercialization.

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (backend-heavy, web3-aware) to join the team in expanding the core ledger, payment routing, liquidity management, and blockchain interfacing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Backend Development
• Build and maintain Node.js /Serverless backend APIs for payment initiation, stablecoin collection, routing optimization, and compliance checking.
• Design and expand centralized ledger systems for stablecoin and fiat account management.
• Integrate blockchain APIs for on-chain tracking of stablecoin transactions.
• Develop liquidity monitoring modules (across wallets, banks, and providers).
• Frontend Development
• Work with React-based Next.js frontend to integrate collection flows, payment flows, and real-time status updates.
• Extend admin and compliance views for transaction management and partner integrations.
• Web3 and Blockchain Integration
• Build wallet inventory management, secure wallet key access systems (HSM/MPC vaults).
• Connect and reconcile stablecoin balances across multiple chains (EVM-compatible).
• API and Partner Integrations
• Integrate partner routing APIs (e.g., Nilos ****, Cedar Money) for cross-border crypto/stablecoins collection & payment.
• Connect with compliance vendors (e.g., Chainalysis, ComplyAdvantage) for screening and monitoring.
• Security & Observability
• Implement encryption (TLS 1.3, AES-256), JWT auth, penetration-test-ready security models.
• Build observability layers: full logging, real-time metrics, transaction replay functionality.
• Ledger Integrity and Reconciliation
• Implement double-entry ledger design ensuring auditability and real-time client balance tracking.
• Build reconciliation layers between internal records and on-chain/off-chain reports.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Node.js backend development (API-driven systems).
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, ledger design, and transactional database management.
• Proficiency in Next.js + TailwindCSS frontend development.
• Good understanding of stablecoins (USDT, USDC), EVM-compatible chains, and web3 wallet operations.
• Hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs (payment providers, blockchain explorers, compliance platforms).
• Strong understanding of backend security principles and observability best practices.
• Familiarity with modern dev tools: GitHub, Supabase, serverless functions, Grafana/Datadog.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with MPC wallets or HSM-based key management solutions (e.g., Fireblocks, Gnosis Safe).
• Knowledge of liquidity management, treasury handling, and cross-chain stablecoin operations.
• Prior experience in B2B fintech, digital payments, or Web3 financial systems.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements like GDPR, AML/CFT in a payment context.
