Description

Overview

Mizumaret is a permissionless RWA marketplace protocol designed to be the foundation for real-world asset exchange within the Pharos ecosystem.

It enables anyone—individuals, institutions, or DAOs—to create, tokenize, and trade RWAs on-chain using ERC-6960, which allows ownership and usage rights to be natively separated within a single asset contract. This unlocks powerful capabilities like leasing, staking, renting, and fractional ownership, all programmable at the protocol level.

Mizumaret aims to make RWA tokenization and exchange as simple and trustless as trading tokens on a DEX. No gatekeepers, no whitelisting—just open access to tokenized physical and intangible assets.

From housing and land titles to art licensing, patents, loyalty points, and IP-based revenue streams, Mizumaret enables any asset to be onboarded, fractionalized, and traded transparently—with secure verification powered by Supra Oracle and composable settlement on Pharos.

Key Features

  • Dual-Layer Token Standard (ERC-6960) : Mizumaret uses ERC-6960 to separate mainId (ownership) and subId (usage), enabling granular, programmable rights for any RWA. Unlike ERC-20/721/1155, this allows flexible asset utility, fractional access, and institutional-level rights management.

  • Permissionless Minting & Marketplace : Anyone can issue RWA tokens on Mizumaret—no approval or intermediaries. Tokenize a condo, a gold bar, a music catalog, or even YouTube ad revenue—if it has value, Mizumaret lets you mint and list it.

  • Pharos-Native Integration : Built on Pharos, Mizumaret leverages ultra-fast execution, low fees, and native support for composable DeFi, enabling deep integrations with lending markets, registries, DAO tooling, and governance layers.

  • Supra Oracle for Cross-Chain Data : To ensure trust in tokenized RWAs, Mizumaret integrates Supra for accurate, real-time feeds including pricing, metadata, off-chain validation, and event-based triggers.

  • Fractional Ownership & Accessibility : Using ERC-6960’s dual-layer abstraction, Mizumaret makes it easy for users to gain partial ownership in high-value assets, unlocking previously illiquid markets. This empowers a wider range of investors and participants—especially retail users—to enter markets traditionally dominated by large institutions.

Why Mizumaret?

  • Mizumaret is permissionless by design—anyone can tokenize and trade real-world assets without asking for approval. Want to sell your intellectual property (IP)? Mint it and list it. Got real estate to tokenize? Do it in minutes. Own the rights to a music royalties? Fractionalize and trade it with no intermediaries.

  • Pharos needs a native RWA marketplace, and Mizumaret delivers exactly that—fully open, scalable, and deeply integrated.

  • ERC-6960 brings a new paradigm for representing assets, with clear separation of ownership and usage—enabling leasing, collateralization, fractional sales, and co-ownership models.

  • Retail and institutions alike can access and issue high-value, previously illiquid assets with no friction.

  • Mizumaret is built on ERC-6960, a novel dual-layer token standard that introduces a powerful abstraction of mainId (ownership) and subId (usage). This architecture enables programmable fractional ownership, granular rights delegation, and asset utility separation—capabilities unattainable with legacy token standards like ERC-20, ERC-721, or ERC-1155.

What is ERC-6960

ERC-6960 is a next-generation token standard pioneered by Polytrade to represent Real World Assets (RWAs) onchain in a modular, flexible way. Unlike older standards, ERC-6960 natively supports fractional ownership, hierarchical asset structures, and dynamic rights management—making it a foundational building block for scalable and interoperable RWA protocols.

To understand why ERC-6960 matters, consider the limitations of existing standards:

  • ERC-20 is designed for fungible tokens—like currencies—where every unit is interchangeable. It’s simple and widely adopted, but unsuitable for representing unique or fractional assets.

  • ERC-721 allows for unique tokens, often used in NFTs, but lacks native support for fractionalization or nested ownership.

  • ERC-1155 is a hybrid standard that supports both fungible and non-fungible tokens. While more efficient for batch operations, it still doesn't offer native mechanisms for layered ownership, fractional rights, or real-world asset mapping.

ERC-6960 changes this paradigm by allowing a single real-world asset (like a building, gold bar, or legal contract) to be broken down into multiple layers or "slots" of ownership, where each slot can carry distinct rights, values, or governance power. Imagine a building tokenized as a single ERC-6960 asset: different wallets can own fractions of its rental rights, maintenance obligations, or resale proceeds—all in a trustless, verifiable format.

Think of it like slicing a pizza—where each slice not only belongs to someone different but also comes with different toppings and rules. ERC-6960 provides the structure and metadata to enforce that complexity natively onchain.

By enabling this rich asset composition model, ERC-6960 makes RWA tokenization more inclusive, composable, and accessible, opening the door for broader retail participation and deeper integration with decentralized financial infrastructure.

How Will ERC-6960 Revolutionize Real-World Assets

ERC-6960 introduces a groundbreaking approach to structuring and managing real-world assets onchain. Its dual-layer architecture—featuring mainId for asset identity and subId for modular rights—unlocks a wide range of benefits that dramatically improve how RWAs are tokenized, owned, and traded.

Improved Asset Management

  • Structured Ownership Layers : ERC-6960 allows assets to be represented with nested ownership structures—enabling more organized handling of rights like usage, control, and revenue-sharing across different parties.

  • Streamlined Developer Experience : Developers can manage complex assets with multiple traits or stakeholders without the convoluted logic typically needed in ERC-721 or ERC-1155.

Increased Scalability

  • Dual-Layer Architecture : By separating asset identity (mainId) from modular rights (subId), ERC-6960 allows for lightweight transactions and state changes—crucial when dealing with thousands of fractionalized asset pieces.

  • Optimized for Real World Complexity : Whether it’s a real estate asset with multiple rental rights, or a royalty contract with many stakeholders, ERC-6960 can scale without sacrificing performance or flexibility.

Enhanced Interoperability

  • Composability with Ecosystems : ERC-6960 is designed to integrate smoothly with wallets, marketplaces, DeFi protocols, and dApps—paving the way for seamless interaction across platforms.

  • Standardized Interactions : Interoperability between various tokenized assets becomes easier, promoting adoption in sectors like finance, supply chains, and creative industries.

Fostering Innovation

  • Adaptable to Diverse Use Cases : From tokenizing music royalties to structured equity ownership, the modular nature of ERC-6960 enables developers to tailor tokens to fit real-world logic more closely.

  • Enabling New Business Models : With programmable rights embedded into subIds, businesses can now tokenize and automate access, revenue-sharing, or usage in ways never before possible with legacy standards.

The Impact on Different Sectors

The introduction of ERC-6960 through Mizumaret unlocks a wide range of Real World Assets (RWAs) for tokenization, enabling new possibilities across various industries. Mizumaret supports several RWA categories, including real estate, commodities (such as gold and PAXG), music royalties, credit, membership, stocks, and several other assets to come.

Real Estate

  • Democratizing Property Investment : Mizumaret’s fractional ownership of real estate assets allows individuals to invest in properties without the need to buy an entire asset. This lowers the entry barrier, opening the door for a larger number of people to participate in the real estate market.

  • Increased Liquidity and Security : By tokenizing real estate assets, Mizumaret brings liquidity and transparency to traditionally illiquid markets. Blockchain ensures the authenticity and ownership provenance of assets, creating a more secure and accessible investment environment.

Commodities

  • Tokenizing Precious Metals : Mizumaret brings the benefits of fractional ownership to commodities like gold or PAXG (a gold-backed token). Investors can now own a portion of gold assets, making it more affordable to engage in commodity markets.

  • Accessibility to a Wider Market : With tokenized gold and other precious metals, Mizumaret creates a more fluid and accessible market for commodities that were traditionally reserved for institutional investors. This also helps investors diversify their portfolios beyond digital assets.

Music Royalties

  • Fractionalizing Music Rights : Mizumaret enables artists and creators to tokenize their music royalties, offering the opportunity for multiple investors to own a fraction of royalties from their work. This can generate new revenue streams for creators and enable fans and investors to participate in the success of music projects.

  • Efficient Revenue Distribution : Through blockchain-based tokenization, music royalties can be distributed efficiently and transparently. Smart contracts ensure that payments are automatic, minimizing delays and errors in royalty distribution.

Future Asset Categories

  • Exploring New Asset Types : Mizumaret is also looking to expand its tokenization capabilities with more types of assets in the future, further democratizing access to a wide range of Real World Assets (RWAs) and enabling more diverse investment opportunities.
