Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in connecting healthcare organizations with qualified and compassionate professionals for the aged care sector. Your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Utilize a variety of channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and referrals, to identify and source potential candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, thoroughly reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing qualifications, skills, and experience.
- Verify professional licenses, certifications, and conduct necessary background checks in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
2. Recruitment Process Management:
- Utilize relevant recruitment tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), to efficiently manage candidate data, track progress, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct thorough reference checks to gather additional insights into candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific roles.
3. Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, including resumes, interview notes, assessment results, and any necessary documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role, preferably within the aged care or healthcare sector.
- Preferably with experience in Customer Service
- Strong knowledge of aged care industry regulations, standards, and job roles.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in candidate evaluations and documentation.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ethical and professional conduct, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy laws.
