Customer Service and Sales Chat Specialist

1. Attend to every customer contact in a timely and accurate manner through chat, providing them with answers to their queries
2. Identify customer needs and preferences and offer training courses based on these
3. Employ different sales strategies to turn each customer contact into a revenue
4. Nurture relationship with potential or prospect customers
1. Must have customer service and sales experience in the IT-enabled services industries, e.g., BPO, ITO, KPO, EPO, Shared Services, Systems Integrators
2. Chat Support experience is preferred but is not required
3. Hard selling experience is highly preferred but is not required
4. Very good to excellent written communication skills
5. Amenable to work on Central European Time (3 p.m. to 12 a.m.)
6. Work from home ready
