A Customer Care Specialist is expected to:

  • Proficient and comfortable using email transmission, internet navigation, Microsoft applications including Word and Excel, office equipment including fax machine, copier, printer, and phone
  • Effective oral and written communication skills in English
  • Knowledgeable and polite while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Exceptional at multitasking and time management
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Ability to work efficiently both alone and as a team member
  • Be able to work on multiple tasks. Plan and prioritize actives to achieve results and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills, analytical and detail-oriented
  • Has an excellent writing skill
  • Flexible and highly trainable
  • Knowledgeable about policies and guidelines of Health Insurance
  • Knowledgeable and trained for ICD10, HCPC and familiar with home medical equipment
  • Medical Chart Notes
  • Insurance Verification
  • Customer Service
  • Microsoft Word & Excel


What it takes to be part of our team:
