A Customer Care Specialist is expected to:
- Proficient and comfortable using email transmission, internet navigation, Microsoft applications including Word and Excel, office equipment including fax machine, copier, printer, and phone
- Effective oral and written communication skills in English
- Knowledgeable and polite while maintaining a positive attitude
- Exceptional at multitasking and time management
- Self-motivated and organized
- Ability to work efficiently both alone and as a team member
- Be able to work on multiple tasks. Plan and prioritize actives to achieve results and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills, analytical and detail-oriented
- Has an excellent writing skill
- Flexible and highly trainable
- Knowledgeable about policies and guidelines of Health Insurance
- Knowledgeable and trained for ICD10, HCPC and familiar with home medical equipment
- Medical Chart Notes
- Insurance Verification
- Customer Service
- Microsoft Word & Excel
