The purpose of the role is to make sure the correct requirements and objectives are defined, as a base for valid analysis and proper advice - as well as qualify customer success by detailing implementation based on true requirements fulfilling the objectives. Provides excellent customer satisfaction, customer service, and solid knowledge of the projects/accounts handled.

  • Industry-specific certification in relevant computer languages or software may be required
  • Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
  • Comfortable working in and assisting others through company help desk software and other remote access desktop programs
  • Accept constructive criticism and customer feedback 
  • Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients
  • Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
  • Strong communication (verbal /written) and listening skills
  • Willing to communicate with clients online or on-site
