HR Administrator - Shared Services

WSP, a world leading management and consultancy firm, currently have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join their HR Shared Services team.
The role of the HR Administrator is to provide a support to the HR team and the business, this includes documentation, and maintenance of the HRIS.
Main Activities and Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)
• Maintaining HR data in UBW
• Producing paperwork for Employees based on life-cycle changes such as Salary changes, change in hours, terminations, Change in Employment, COE and other administrative task request etc.
• Maintaining employee files and proper filing of employee documents
• Handle the enrollment and deletion of Insurance and HMO and to ensure
• Ticket management
• Assist in completion of Monthly Payroll Advice for processing
• Proper communications with Exit employees with proper completion of Exit Clearance and documents
• Assisting AU employees with other HR Shared Services Task.
• Desirable – Certification in Administrative role or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years experience
• Desirable – Shared Service experience
• Knowledgeable in DOLE policies
• Knowledgeable in handling end to end process of payroll and benefits
• Experience, skills and organisational knowledge
• Experience in data entry and maintenance of employee records ensuring accuracy and timely entry of transactions
• Experience in providing efficient onboarding processes, including working collaboratively with other departments e.g. IT and Payroll
• Developing proficiency in UBW, Excel, Word, OneDrive and HR/System Tools
