This is direct hire and a permanent role.


As a Customer Support Specialist with a focus on strong verbal communication skills and flexibility, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers/clients receive outstanding support and assistance. You will be responsible on the following: operations, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering solutions in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and is adaptable to changing priorities and schedules.


Job Qualifications:

  • Open for bachelor's degree graduate or undergrad
  • Has at least 1-2 years of BPO experience (technical support in Telco account, CSR in financial/healthcare account or relevant)
  • Skilled in the following: strong verbal communication skill, interpersonal skill, exceptional listening, analytical, ability to multitask; adapt to changing workflows and successfully operate in a fast paced and dynamic team environment, computer literacy, demonstrate strong problem solving and decision making ability, flexible, etc.
  • Can start immediately (April 8)
  • Can work onsite for 6 months from 8am-5pm, Mondays-Fridays



Note: Possibility to work from home after 6 months will be based on performance.
