Learning & Development Executive(Trainer)

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct in-house WSQ programs for our staff
• Establish and develop overall learning and development initiatives for both the short and long term needs of the business
• Identify training needs and formulate the training plan / schedule
• Identify, design and organize external and internal training programs
• Perform other job-related duties as and when requested by superior

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess an ACTA certificate
• Experience in working with Learning & Development
• A good team player, possess a high level of initiative, hands on, organized and resourceful
• Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
• Good initiative, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
