  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing helpful, friendly, and accurate support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and complaints while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our customer management system.
  • Assist customers in understanding product features, benefits, and usage to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve processes and resolve customer concerns.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role (1-2 years preferred).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
