BD Manager

As a BD for Venkate Exchange, your core responsibilities will include:

• Project Listing Business Development: Attract quality projects to list on Venkate Exchange through market expansion and communication.
• Community Partnerships: Identify and facilitate partnership opportunities with communities to boost trading volume on the exchange.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong cooperative relationships with project teams and communities to ensure long-term stability in partnerships.

Compensation Structure:

• Base Salary: Competitive fixed salary based on experience and capability.
• Performance Commission: Generous commission based on project listings and community partnership achievements, with no upper limit.
