Job Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with managers to align staffing, recruitment, and retention strategies with the organization’s goals.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies, processes, training programs, and initiatives to ensure compliance and support organizational strategy.
  • Administer and manage HR programs, including compensation, benefits, leave management, disciplinary actions, investigations, performance management, employee recognition, occupational health and safety, and training.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, regularly reviewing and updating policies as needed.
  • Develop and manage the departmental budget.
  • Facilitate employee professional development, training, and certification programs.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Job Requirements:


  • Extensive knowledge of all HR functions, including Recruitment & Staffing, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Employee Relations, and Employee Engagement.
  • Proficiency in or ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Willing to work in San Juan, Manila.
