Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with managers to align staffing, recruitment, and retention strategies with the organization’s goals.
- Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies, processes, training programs, and initiatives to ensure compliance and support organizational strategy.
- Administer and manage HR programs, including compensation, benefits, leave management, disciplinary actions, investigations, performance management, employee recognition, occupational health and safety, and training.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, regularly reviewing and updating policies as needed.
- Develop and manage the departmental budget.
- Facilitate employee professional development, training, and certification programs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of all HR functions, including Recruitment & Staffing, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Employee Relations, and Employee Engagement.
- Proficiency in or ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Willing to work in San Juan, Manila.
