? We're Hiring: Remote Help Desk & Training Specialist! ?
Are you tech-savvy, love problem-solving, and enjoy helping teams succeed? We’re looking for a Remote Help Desk & Training Specialist to support our team in adopting and mastering Smart Service Cloud (www.smartservice.com/cloud).
? What You’ll Do:
✔ Become the go-to expert on Smart Service Cloud
✔ Be the primary point of contact for new branches as they go live
✔ Provide help desk support and troubleshoot system-related issues
✔ Train new employees and branches on system functionality
✔ Identify and escalate technical challenges to the implementation team
✔ Develop training materials, guides, and FAQs
✔ Collaborate with operations & IT to improve workflows
? What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience in help desk, training, or system support
✅ Strong problem-solving and communication skills
✅ Ability to train and support teams in using new technology
✅ Familiarity with field service software (Smart Service, ServiceTitan, etc.) is a plus!
