We seek a highly committed individual to join our team as Customer Support Specialist. This role embraces AI as a key element of our multi-channel customer support and experience process.


The Role

This is on-site in our Alabang office with hybrid as a future option. The Customer Support Specialist will engage with our clients and together with the rest of the Customer Support team, deliver best in class customer experiences. Responsibilities include:

  • Omnichannel customer support
  • Convert leads from client inquiries
  • Liaise between clients and partners
  • Daily activity and performance reporting
  • Order management
  • Report and document all client interaction


We Seek

Our team values passion and a commitment to excellence. These qualifications are preferred:


  • Preferably resides in the south areas near Alabang: Muntinlupa, Paranaque, Taguig, Imus, Pasay
  • At least 1 year of Operations/Support experience in related fields.
  • Some college or college level courses preferred
  • Appliance/mobile/gadget support experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, in both speaking and writing
  • Familiar and comfortable with VOIP telephony systems, online/web-based systems, proprietary dashboards, and Support CRM’s
