Recruitment Associate (Fresh Grad)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Travel Nurse Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and recruiting qualified travel nurse professionals. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring we hire the best candidates for various roles, while also building and nurturing strong relationships with both candidates and clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Qualify candidates based on their skills, experience, and preferences.
• Conduct thorough phone interviews with qualified travel nurse professionals.
• Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and current information.
• Generate leads through various recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree - with or without work experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with healthcare industry requirements and travel nursing specifics is a plus.
