Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Global Social Media Manager to lead and execute both paid and organic social media initiatives across multiple markets. In this role, you will develop strategies, manage campaigns, and oversee content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and conversions on a global scale.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global social media strategies across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Manage all organic and paid social media initiatives, ensuring content is tailored to regional audiences while maintaining global brand consistency.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive brand growth, lead generation, and sales.
  • Create and maintain a global content calendar in collaboration with regional marketing teams.
  • Analyze performance metrics, deliver actionable insights, and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.
  • Manage relationships with regional teams, agencies, and platform representatives.
  • Stay on top of social media trends, tools, and best practices across different territories.
  • Guide the creative development process, ensuring social media content is engaging, culturally relevant, and on-brand.
  • Oversee community management strategies to build engagement and respond to global audiences effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in social media management with a global or regional focus.
  • Strong hands-on experience in both paid and organic social media strategies.
  • Proficiency with social media management platforms and paid advertising tools (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Excellent content creation, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
  • Deep understanding of cultural nuances across different territories.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and agency partners is a plus.
  • Global brand experience.
  • Knowledge of social commerce trends and integrations.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for social media innovation.
