This is a Full-Time - Flexible Hybrid Industry: E-commerce / Fashion

Schedule: Full-time, must be available for virtual meetings and occasional in-person photo shoots and meetings Experience: 1-2 years in a content production or creative role


About the Role


We’re looking for a full-time Marketing Content Producer who knows how to bring ideas to life! You’ll work on creative shoots, build contents, and help bring campaigns to life across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook. Your work will play a big role in our marketing strategies, brand feels, and paid ads.


You’ll be part of a tight-knit team that moves fast and gets things done. We’re after someone who’s excited to be hands-on, contribute to real marketing work, and help us grow. If this sounds like your kind of thing, we’d love to have you on board!


Key Responsibilities

  • Create and edit compelling lifestyle and product content (video + photo) for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Shopee, and Lazada
  • Produce short-form UGC videos (e.g., GRWM, unboxings, demos) with strong hooks and CTAs for both organic and paid campaigns
  • Manage a monthly content calendar, schedule posts, and adapt content for multiple platforms and formats
  • Collaborate with the ads team to test and iterate creatives based on performance data
  • Stay on top of TikTok/IG trends, analyze competitor content, and coordinate shoots with freelancers/models as needed
  • Plan and contribute to marketing campaigns, product launches, promotional rollouts, and content funneling across awareness, engagement, and conversion stages


Qualifications and skills

  • Basic knowledge of marketing, understands how content supports ads, campaigns, and brand goals
  • 1 to 2 years experience in content creation, preferably for fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce
  • Strong photo and video skills using a camera or phone, with a solid editing workflow
  • Comfortable producing UGC-style content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Familiar with editing tools like CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, Adobe, or similar
  • Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and contribute ideas to the team
  • graduate of marketing, advertising, multimedia or any other related field
