Business Development Officer

Market Development
· Identify and evaluate new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities, both local and international.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
· Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
· Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential customers.
Sales & Revenue Growth
· Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets through lead generation, pipeline development, and deal closure.
· Monitor sales metrics and create reports on performance and forecasts.
· Strategic Planning
· Assist in the formulation of short- and long-term strategies aligned with company goals.
· Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Brand Promotion & Representation
· Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.
· Support marketing efforts and campaigns to raise brand awareness and product visibility.
· Contract & Proposal Management
· Review contracts, quotations, and commercial agreements in coordination with legal and finance teams.
· Negotiate terms and pricing with clients and suppliers when necessary.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· At least 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in manufacturing, B2B, or industrial sectors).
· Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, product specifications, and supply chain operations is a plus.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
· Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
